Ingredientes:
- 8 colheres de sopa de farinha de aveia
- 8 colheres de sopa de farinha integral
- 3 colheres de sopa de mel
- 1 iogurte natural
- 1 colher de chá de fermento em pó ou bicarbonato de sódio
- 3 colheres cheias de manteiga de amendoim 100% natural
- 4 colheres de sopa de leite de amêndoa
- 2 ovos
- Pedaços de chocolate negro sem adição de açúcares
- Flocos de aveia para decorar
Preparação:
- Numa taça, bata os ovos e o mel. Aos poucos vá adicionando a farinha de aveia e a integral e o fermento em pó.
- Escorra a água do iogurte e adicione à massa. Mexa bem até estar uniforme. Junte a manteiga de amendoim e o leite. Volte a mexer até a massa estar homogénea.
- Encha as formas individuais de muffins quase até ao cimo (a massa não cresce muito. Se usarem formas de silicone não é necessário usar gordura para untar.). Numas coloque os pedaços de chocolate, noutras polvilhe com os flocos de aveia. Use a imaginação como mais gostar.
- Leve ao forno pré aquecido a 160ºC. Quando a massa estiver a ficar consistente pique com um palito, estime o tempo de cozedura, não deixe secar demasiado a massa.

- 8 tablespoons of wholemeal flour
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1 natural yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 3 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons of almond milk
- 2 eggs
- Black chocolate chips (free sugar)
- Oat flakes to decorate
Diretions:
- Beat the egg for a time with the honey.
- Mix the baking soda with both flours into a bowl, then stirring with the beaten egg until fluffy and incorporated.
- Add the yogurt and stir well. After, involve to the batter, the peanut butter and the milk.
- Fill in the silicone muffin cups. Lastly, add the chocolate chips and decorate with oat flakes.
- Bake in a preheated oven to 160º degrees until golden, about 30-40 minutes.
