Bom Apetite!

Ingredients:
- 500g of pumpkin
- 4 to 5 basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
- 450g of risotto rice
- 200g of chicken breast
- 100g of fresh mushrooms
- 100ml of white wine
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
Diretions:
- Chop the onion and the garlic and sauté in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add the rice and stir until it gets tralucent.
- Cook the pumpkin in a medium bowl with water and a pinch of salt. After cooked, set aside the cooking water. In a mixer, smash the pumpkin with the basil and the nutmeg powder. Set aside.
- To the rice, add 100ml of white wine and stirring until the alcohol evaporates. After 5 minutes, add the chicken breast cutted and the mushrooms, sliced. Gradually add the cooking water and stirring constantly.
- Once the rice was cooked, turn off the fire.
